Consider the PyVista module for 3D plotting in Python

PyVista wraps the VTK library and offers mesh data structures, spatial dataset filtering techniques, plotting, widgets (clipping, slicing, thresholding, and so on), and lighting (fine-grained control over lighting conditions in a scene).
